Beforehand, we ask you to coordinate the receiving time with Online managers.

Before visiting the store you should discuss all details of order with our manager:

1) to receive confirmation of product availability

2) to get the number of order.

Delivery is carried out:

1) Within 6-7 working days after order receipt at any time convenient for you or in any other day by the agreement with our manager.

2) In a case of non- cash payment, order will be delivered on the next day after receipt of money on our bank account.

3) Opportunity of delivery at the same day check with the manager of Online store (depends on the busyness of delivery service).

4) Applications which are filled after 15:00 come to processing on the next day.

5) Operation time of delivery service in Karaganda: monday through saturday from 10:00 till 20:00. Sunday is a day off.
